The location is very convenient. It is near Penn Station. The room was also clean upon arrival. I found the staff to be friendly and cute.
The room was a bit small for two people with luggage. There was also some street noise at night. The elevators were sometimes slow.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were helpful and responsive to requests. The king studio was clean, modern, and well-kept.
The elevators were somewhat slow during peak hours, resulting in short waits.

The location proved very convenient for getting around the area.
The room size felt small. There was little space for luggage, which caused inconvenience. A persistent metallic noise disrupted sleep, and the bedding lacked a fresh smell. The absence of promised amenities like complimentary water bottles was also disappointing.

The room felt cramped. TRYING to fit two people AND luggage was a joke, it was barely spacious enough for one. Plus, the initial phone staff seemed clueless about basic hotel amenities. I asked about adaptors, and they just told me to go to a Walgreens. I thought hotels usually had those?
